Bead Away Facade® Coating – Long-Lasting Protection for Concrete and Mineral Facades
Bead Away Facade® is an innovative, photocatalytic facade coating designed for long-term protection of mineral surfaces and concrete walls. This environmentally friendly coating is water-repellent, dirt-resistant, and prevents the growth of algae, lichen, and moss. It contains no solvents, PFAS, or other harmful substances.
Thanks to its photocatalytic action, organic dirt such as decaying leaves is naturally broken down, while the coating also improves air quality by reducing nitrogen oxides and ozone. Bead Away Facade® forms an invisible barrier against moisture, saltwater, and other corrosive substances - making it ideal for buildings in coastal areas.
The coating is easy to apply and significantly extends the lifespan of plastered facades and walls, keeping them looking like new with minimal maintenance.
Consumption: Approx. 25–30 ml/m², depending on the absorbency of the surface.

Benefits
- Hydrophobic properties: The coating is water-repellent, making it dirt-repellent and easy to clean. It also protects against algae, lichens, moss, salt water and other unwanted growth.
- Salt-repellent: Perfect for buildings in coastal areas, as it is resistant to salt water and other corrosive liquids, such as urine.
- Self-cleaning effect: Thanks to the photocatalytic effect, organic contaminants such as rotting leaves are automatically broken down. In addition, the coating contributes to improved air quality by reducing nitrogen oxides and ozone.
- Antifouling effect: Prevents dirt accumulation and maintains the aesthetics of your facade.
- Reinforced surface structure: Bead Away Facade extends the life of facades and paving stones, keeping them looking beautiful for longer.

- Nano EcoLine Façade Coating (1 liter)
- Low-pressure sprayer, roller, or brush
- Protective clothing and gloves
- Optional masking tape for edges
- Cleaning agents for surface preparation
Preparation
- Thoroughly clean the surface to remove dirt, dust, moss, algae, and grease.
- Allow the facade to dry completely (at least 24 hours after cleaning).
- Check for absorption: the coating is suitable for mineral, porous surfaces.
- Mask off windows, frames, and any areas not to be treated.
Application
- Shake the coating well before use.
- Apply in dry weather, ideally between 10°C and 25°C.
- Use a low-pressure sprayer, roller, or brush for even distribution.
- Apply one layer until the surface is saturated.
- Allow to dry for at least 4 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
Drying & Curing
- Dust-dry: after approx. 1 hour
- Water-repellent effect: after 24 hours
