If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier service or seasonal demand.
Bead Away Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Once your order is dispatched, ownership and risk transfer to you.
All UK delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only; international delivery is not available at this time.

All sales and transactions are made directly with Bead Away Ltd.
Shopify is not responsible for the sale, delivery, or warranty of our products.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that any disputes or claims relating to your purchases must be directed to Bead Away Ltd, not Shopify.
