If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason.

To cancel, please contact us at enquiries@beadaway.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty.

We will refund you the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or used bottles

Custom-made or personalised items

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at enquiries@beadaway.co.uk within 30 days of receipt.


We may request photos of the issue for verification and will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first at enquiries@beadaway.co.uk

We’ll confirm availability and provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
